Pathogen Feature Flip


How does having a deeper understanding of pathogen characteristics inform our evaluation and decision-making process? What assumptions do you make that may need to be challenged?

In this module, participants review the characteristics of organisms that make them more or less susceptible to disinfection efforts. Groups then complete a puzzle about the top five infection producing pathogens in health care, followed by a debrief.
